Returns & Exchanges

At GenshinAccount, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your fashion items, you may return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is unworn, and include a copy of your packing slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your exchange will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
